OVERVIEW
Two products with distinct jobs
Nordic Cloud keeps an agreed form application, dashboard or integration flow running. Transcription Aigent helps turn meetings into summaries, decisions and tasks in Zoho. They complement each other while retaining clearly defined scopes.
WHAT MATTERS
Price and setup
The package costs DKK 995/month on an annual agreement or DKK 1,195/month on the flexible monthly option. Setup is DKK 6,995. All prices exclude VAT. Up to five active Aigent users are included; pricing for more users is agreed before expansion.
HOW IT WORKS
What is included
Nordic Cloud
Operation of one active standard solution, hosting, SSL and certificates, logging and error monitoring, backups and routine updates.
Transcription Aigent
Meeting processing for up to five active users. Five users provide a shared pool of 6,000 transcription minutes/month. Other colleagues can read results without an Aigent licence.
IN PRACTICE
Agree on the starting point
During setup we agree on the first standard solution, the relevant Zoho connections and the meetings to process. We configure access, standard mappings and branding and test with relevant examples. Aigent setup includes up to two standard meeting types and a short user introduction.
