Keep the agreement moving after the meeting
After a useful meeting, someone still has to write the summary, find the customer record, create tasks and prepare follow-up. Transcription Aigent connects those steps to your Zoho setup. It does not replace human judgement, but makes it easier to act on the conversation.

Receive an AI-generated overview of topics, decisions and next steps. Summary formats can be adapted to the types of conversations you hold.
Relevant Zoho records
Use agreed rules to connect results to companies, contacts, sales opportunities, projects or support tickets. Users need to be able to check both the match and the output.
Tasks and follow-up
Receive action points, suggested owners and a draft follow-up email. Tasks can be created according to agreed rules. Drafting an email does not imply automatic sending.
HOW IT WORKS
Pay for the people whose meetings are processed
The monthly option costs DKK 119 per active user/month. On an annual agreement it is DKK 99 per active user/month. There is a minimum of five paying users: DKK 595 or DKK 495/month respectively. Setup costs DKK 3,995. All prices exclude VAT.

People remain responsible
AI can miss context, misunderstand names or suggest the wrong action. Important decisions, owners and draft messages need human review. You also need an appropriate basis for recording and processing meetings. Access, retention, data processing and the selected providers are agreed before launch. Search across previous meetings is a planned extension, not a promised delivered feature here.
IN PRACTICE
A shared pool of transcription minutes
Each paying user includes 1,200 transcription minutes per month. Five users therefore provide a shared company pool of 6,000 minutes per month. Overage is DKK 0.15 per minute excluding VAT. The agreement defines active users and how usage is counted.
